Mouse Colony Software SoftMouse.NET running slowly

An issue with intermittent slow speed performance of SoftMouse.NET was reported to us at 3:06 PM EST. The SoftMouse.NET IT and Security Teams have identified this issue to be originating with the Google Cloud Compute Engine and Network.

Here is the message posted by Google:

    - Google Compute Engine Incident #19003

    We are experiencing a multi-region issue with Google Compute Engine

    Incident began at 2019-06-02 12:25 (all times are US/Pacific).

     We are currently encountering a cloud networking issue throughout 

     all Google Cloud Platform, this is affecting all products currently
